Perfect Pumpkin Patch Pickin!

Today was a gorgeous fall day and perfect picking pumpkins even though it was 80º! My daughter and I made a trip to our favorite place, Country Corner to pick out pumpkins. I wanted to go before the weekend when everyone and their neighbor would be there. They have big events every weekend in October.

This is the display I made up with all I bought. I might want to go back and get some more to decorate my back steps.

I finally got my big white pumpkin that I've been wanting to get for the past couple of years. And got some little baby ones too.

A cart full of gourds! I love to pick out the colorful and odd shaped ones. This is my daughter looking for that perfect one!

Hayrack full of the small pie pumpkins

And they have a small petting zoo for the kids. I love goaties!! This one didn't want you to stop petting him! Love his beard or I should say goatee!

Becky standing by the gourd hut where they keep all the different size gourds.
It was a perfect day!

That is always fun! We have a place out here called Rock Creek Farm. We've been going there annually for the last 10 years. It is our favorite tradition!
