Have a wonderful week! Peace and Love to All!

Vintage Tablecloth Pillow Covers

I've been doing a little Spring cleaning in my sewing room. I found a drawer full of vintage tablecloths, I bought many years ago for a project. So here is what I decided to do with those cutter tablecloths. Turn into pillow covers! I really love how they say Spring Decor!

I have them listed in my Etsy Shop at Rock River Stitches

The back is made with cotton canvas with an envelope style closure. They measure 18" x 18"

I added vintage lace and navy blue ticking to some of them.

I also have these cutie pillow covers!

Hope the weather is warming up where you are! Thanks for stopping by!

Hello Friends! Hope you are having a wonderful Labor Day!

No big plans for us. Running errands like any other usual day. Stopped at Target and just looked at their Fall decor. Proud of myself for not buying anything. I have plenty and then some!

Can hardly believe Fall is just weeks away now. My how time flys!

I've been busy sewing as usual. Have a couple more new pillow covers in my etsy >> Rock River Stitches

Hope you will stop by and see what I have to offer for Fall Home Decor! Thanks for stopping by!

Fall Pumpkin and Crow Pillow Covers!

Hi Friends! Sure feels like Fall today. Only in the 60's! This weekend has been a relaxing one. The past couple of weeks I've been sewing nonstop on Fall Pillow Covers! And having so much fun doing something different for me!

Just restocked my etsy shop with more! See them here >>> Rock River Stitches

So I should be getting back to my sewing machine again tomorrow. Have a few other ideas in mind.

And another thing that keeps me busy in the Summer is raising Monarch Butterflies.

This is one of many that I have released this Summer.

And here is a photo of my back deck. Everything has been growing like mad! Most of these plants are houseplants I put outside in the Spring for a little vacation.

Well, That's just a little bit on what been going on with me! Thanks for stopping by! Post a comment below if you like! Have a wonderful day!

Working on Fall Creations!

When July comes around, I'm always ready to start on Fall Home Decor! So I took a pattern from last year that I created and added a twist to these new pumpkins!

These 3 different sizes can be found in my Etsy Shop here -> Rock River Stitches

Yesterday morning Hubby and I visited a local Sunflower Farm! Something I've always wanted to do! This farm used to be a Strawberry picking farm. But this year they decided to plant Sunflowers. I was in heaven taking photos! Below are just a few of the tons of photos I took!

When you walked in between the rows of the sunflowers it was amazing how loud the bees were! Pollinators were certainly working hard in those fields!

This rabbit image is my new favorite! Caught it right in the middle of cleaning it's face. I think it looks like it's praying. So Cute!

Would be so precious on a shelf in a Baby Nursery Room!

Wishing you a wonderful weekend!

Primitive Americana Birds

Soon the biggest holiday of the Summer will be here! Doesn't seem possible with the weather we have been having. So far very cool and rainy. I guess it's going to be one of those wet Summers.

I used to make many of these birds back when I started making primitives. Thought I would whip up a few patriotic birds for you!

I've made so many of these in the past that I could probably make them in my sleep!

Sale going on in my photography Etsy Shop! Free Shipping on all photo prints! Head on over to my etsy shop here ---> Red Oak Images

I hope you will stop by and see my photo prints along with home decor pillows!

Have a wonderful day my friends!
