You have to stop over at Sherry's blog http://backwoodscountryprims.blogspot.com to see where one of my rabbit's is living. Sherry was so nice to feature me on her blog after buying one of my rabbits.
I think he has found a perfect prim home on her new cabinet that her and her hubby made in their shop "Backwoods Country Prims". They do beautiful reproduction furniture! I tell you if I had more room in my home I would be visiting their shop in a second to purchase one of those cabinets just like the one that my rabbit is sitting on. Here's a link to her picturetrail. Please stop by to see all the wonderful furniture they have to offer. http://www.picturetrail.com/backwoodscountryprims

Primitive Kitty O'Leary
Just listed this whimsical Kitty doll on etsy tonight. She turned out so adorable with her pouch of kittens! She's made with a pattern from Soft in the Head. What great patterns she has!
It was a gorgeous day today! Upper 60's! We got out the grill tonight and cooked up the first cheese burgers of the year. Boy was that good!!! And made some steamed mushrooms and butter on the grill too! Tomorrow....even warmer!! Loving it!

Spring has Sprung!
What a beautiful day it was today and it's only going to get better! Upper 60's tomorrow and in 70's Tuesday! Yippie!
I've been helping my mom with her etsy shop the last week. She sells handmade quilts and just recently has gotten into making baby clothes. You just have to see the little baby twirl skirts she is making!! Everything my mom makes is the highest quality work with attention to detail. She's a perfectionist. I helped her with the pictures by using my granddaughter as the model. I think Cora might grow up to be a model some day, she seemed to enjoy modeling the skirts as you can see in the pictures. Here's a link to my mom's shop if you want to stop by. http://emquiltlady.etsy.com/

Brrrrrrrr
I can't believe how cold it was this morning when I got up, 14º! And just the other day it was 60º. I think the birds were cold too, because there were a ton of goldfinches on my feeders along with some woodpeckers on the suet feeder. Here's a couple that I got a pic of. The larger one is a female Red-Bellied Woodpecker and the small one is a female Downy Woodpecker. They sure can eat up the suet in no time!

Primitive Spring Strawberries
The past couple of days have been some of the nicest weather we have had so far this year. It got up to 70º yesterday! Today its a little cooler, 60º which is still great for me! I even washed the car in the driveway yesterday, it was that nice. But....rain is on its way for the weekend. I've got something new to put in my etsy shop tonight. So this is a little preview for you. Hope you like my bucket of strawberries! I think they turned out pretty darn good!

Primitive Pantry Boxes
Happy Monday Folks! Had a pretty productive weekend. I was kept busy with orders from my etsy shop and with my epatterns. Tomorrow I will try to get another folk art bird pin cushion made. I've been working on these pantry boxes and finally got them finished today. Just listed them in my etsy shop. Ok...I have to get back to packing up a couple orders to get mailed tomorrow. Have a great evening everyone!
Almost forgot about my little chick a dee. This adorable Easter Chick was added a few days ago in my etsy shop. He was a fun one to make. I used a pattern from Kentucky Primitives. Victoria has some of the best primitive patterns out there! I love his little wings that are attached with a rusty safety pin. Cute!
