The kitchen. I just took a loaf of bread out of the bread machine. hehe
Dining Area. Love the built in corner cabinets on either side of door. You can't see the one on the left.
Secretary Bookcase with curved glass door.
Big oak card catalog file. Got this many years ago at a flea market. Note the none prim lamp. :)

Parquet wooden floor in the entryway my father in law made. He cut each tiny piece of wood himself. And installed it like a puzzle. I treasure this the most in our house. He came from a family of wood craftsmen from Germany.
So that's a little bit of prim in my home. Hope you enjoyed it!

You lucky girl, your parquet floor is to die for! love it.
ReplyDeleteHi Tammy!
ReplyDeleteI love that only family has lived in your house. That is so neat. I've moved around my whole life and can't think of where my "family home" would be, if there was one. So great to know the history behind projects such as your gorgeous parquet floor. Most of us don't know who did what when we buy one. Your home is very welcoming and comfortable and your stamp on it is lovely.
Thank You everyone on your nice comments! Never thought I would get so many! My house is a work in progress.
