Primitive Cottage Houses

Hello my friends! We are having some great weather now that the spring rains have let up! Hopefully the flood waters will continue to recede on the Mississippi River.

 Thought I would share with you my new Primitive Wood Houses! Taking a small break from my usual sewing. Always good to work on something completely different. I feel like it resets your brain.

My Flower gardens are just beginning to pop!

 I just love this Clematis of mine! Next year for sure I am getting a taller trillis! It has gotten so big!



And my Poppy bloomed today! Always look forward to this beauty!

    I agree that sometimes you need to "reset your brain" by working with some other material, technique or style. Love the little houses!

    One of my all time favorites is the clematis. They are such well mannered vines compared to some others, and the flowers are incredible. Enjoy!
