Spring Rain

 Hello, Friends! Cloudy rainy day here. I'm not complaining at all. That rain makes everything turn green! My daffodils have sprouted and cannot wait to see them bloom!

Spring Warm Up!

 Hello, my friends! Finally warm up here in the midwest! Snow is melting! So happy after that 10 day stretch of below 0 temps!

Happy New Year!

 Ahhhh A new Year! And hopefully a much happier and healthier world. Praying hard. It has not been easy not seeing family in the last 12 months.

Here's to a new beginning!

Today all the Christmas came down, and is packed up and in the attic. A lot easier to put away then put up, that's for sure!

Now on to some sweet Valentine goodies!

Primitive Winter Snowmen and Trees

 Happy Saturday Friends! How is your holiday decorating coming along? Started decorating last weekend. Took a couple of days. Now on to getting my Christmas shopping done. 

I added a couple new Winter primitive goodies in my Etsy shop!

 

 

These trees were made from a old vintage lace tablecloth. Perfect size for a shelf or your fireplace mantel. I just love the wooden textile bobbins for the trunks!

 

 

 

I also added a tiny silver and white trim around the tree. Just a little bit of sparkle. Notice the decorative edge of the table cloth I placed at the base of the tree.

 

 

And I have a few of these snowmen that I make every year! I think the tree and the snowman make a nice couple!

Primitive Christmas Goodies!

 I know it's been awhile since my last post. Apologies. Time flies when you get busy with life and work.

Thinking Spring

Winter Silence

Oh my goodness! I can't believe how long its been since my last post! Anyone still out there?

The holidays have come and gone and I do have to say it was all wonderful! 

I'm kind of in reset mode right now. Worked so hard with all my Halloween and Christmas decor. So just taking things slowly in this cold month of January.

Worked on a brand new item for my etsy shop! Pillow Cases!

I've really gotten into the Neutral Home Decor lately. Just love the simple light look!

And I've started collecting Ironstone. Well I actually started collecting it last year.

Here is a little bit of a photo shoot I did today of a few favorites!

 
 We had a little snow the other day. So I decided to build a snowman! Acutally a Bird Feeder Snowman!!

 And the squirrels seem to love my friendly feeder as well!

So this is a little of whats been going on lately. I hope to not be absent as much in this new year!
